MK3 MR2

Post by Strike5 » 10/06/18 10:50

Hi All,

Just bought myself an MK3 MR2 yesterday. Had been browsing the forums for a few days.

I was a bit worried about some rust on the rear arch and under (still am actually!) but as soon as I took it for a test drive, I was like wow... :yahoo: I had to get it.

Hoping you'll all be willing to lend a hand. :)

Welcome!

Not particularly common for the Mk3 to rot/rust on the body, however, have seen some recently where water and dirt has been collecting behind the plastic arch cover on the rear wheel and it's rusting through there :( Good thing on the car that panels just bolt off and bolt on so if it is bad you should be able to get another from one of the breakers.
