the search box at the top of the site now will search through the technical forum posts as well as know your 2, gallery, downloads

A lot smarter 
it's worth noting that it is Boolean based so some Boolean operators can be used to refine your search, and, or, not can be used to include/exclude words. Enclosing a phrase (or several words) with quotation marks will search for the phrase.
So quite easy to very effectively refine your search and cut down the number of hits
Makes it a great search engine for the site
