Re: speakers
Rears are 3.5" I think, fronts 5".
You can fit 6.5"s in the front with a spacer ring (I made mine out of the packaging that came with the speakers), and 4" in the rear (with some lateral thinking on mounting it, and later some very nice custom laser cut spacers Jeff gave to me).

Re: speakers
I fitted these a couple of years ago
Infinity Reference 4012I - 2-way - 4"

They are excellent and as a bonus I was able to refit the standard speaker covers
unfortunately they are no longer available, the replacements are
Infinity Reference 4002cfx
http://uk.infinitysystems.com/infinity- ... 02cfx.html I'd check the dimensions but they look as is they will fit OK

Re: speakers
I run them off the head unit. I do have an amp (under the passengers seat) that runs my bass boxes behind the seats.
I disconnected the standard rear speakers because they are too small, in the wrong place and there's not enough space in the standard location to install better/bigger speakers.

So after a browse round the Bay I bought these ( for under £40 ) to match the INFINITY 4012i's I fitted to the front
after a slight modification to my boxes, ended up with 2 like this
Got them back in the car and wired up this afternoon and they sound superb![]()
jimi wrote: I'm very impressed with the Infinities, gives a nice tight bass/mid line and really fills out the sound.
I used the crossovers that came with them via a small amp under the passengers seat, didn't use the tweeters as I already have 2 way Infinities in the front. Very happy with the sound quality. When I originally designed them, my plan was to be able to fit the T-bars on top and lose as little travel on the seats as possible, worked out nicely![]()
