Ok. I have received some more info from the organisers.

As this is the first year, show cars are limited to 200. If it's a success, which we all hope it is, future years could see expansion.

They've asked if we can restrict our stand to 25 which we have nearly filled already. No charges for show cars on the stand.

Obviously if you are on the stand as a show car you will need to commit to keeping your car at the event until at least 5pm. Gates open to the public at 10.00am but we'll need to be in place before then.

Obviously anyone is welcome to come along on the day as a visitor and pay on the gate for entry (only £6 adults, and £2 for kids).

Anybody who wants to go on a reserve list for the stand then please let me know.

More details will be posted as they become available.

Breakfast will be a non starter, just checked their website and they open at 9.30am on a Sunday unfortunately!

Alternative number 1 - Rose & Crown, which is a Wetherspoons pub. Won't be anything special, but it's a Wetherspoons so it'll be alright. Plenty of parking looking at Google Maps, Car park behind it is plenty big enough. Only 2 miles from the venue.

Will keep looking for other alternatives as well.

Open from 9am for Breakfast - http://www.thejollysailorheybridgebasin.co.uk/ parking shouldn't be an issue. The Old Ship next door also does breakfast apparently.

The show opens at 10.00am. We really need to be in place by 9.00am at the latest I'd have thought.

Could always arrive early and grill up some bacon sandwiches if nowhere opens early enough.

Pretty much everywhere opens at 9am, other than the one in Tiptree which opens at 9.30am.

Spoons opens at 8am, so that's looking like the likely option.
