The Highlands has to one of the most scenic places on earth. I haven't managed a visit this year but definitely will next year.

I'm lucky in that Bishop Auckland is a step away from Weardale and the Pennines. A few minutes drive and I can be on quiet roads where driving is fun and relaxing.
