Cheap DIY turbo kit - Tech guru advice

Post by iLogik »

Been thinking of possibly making my own turbo kit for the mk3, have been looking at the T25 turbo option as I like the characteristics of the turbo also cost.

T25 turbo provide 0 lag, low end power, plenty of torque but lack top end punch as well as keeping heat minimum.

The units are fairly cheap along with the exhaust manifold.

The thing that id have hard time understanding is the various pipes running off it and where they go. I know the ppe turbo kit does not use an intercooler, the other thing i wondered if it would be possibly go install an i/c at the front of the car, due to the car being so low i really don't like the idea of an under body unit.

Anyone who is a bit of tech guru fancies helping me work out the pipes would be much o appreciated.
