Remove the centre undertray, and you will find the adjustment mechanism
(underneath the handbrake)
Normally its the cables that seize though ,not that its needing adjustment.Take the handbrake cable off the caliper, and ensure the inner cable moves freely ,otherwise you are wasting your time trying to adjust them
