Hi there, I have a 1987 MK1. Can anyone help advise me a best method on removing and replacing a rear quarterlight window please?
The surround has a massive dent thanks to some1 trying to break into it! This meas it whistles loudly at speed now. Heathens! I have a replacement surround and the glass is fine itself. There is nothing in any manuals and I cant find anything on here either. I'm going to tackle it this weekend and just would like some advise or tips please.
Anyone done this before?

Hi Chris,
Had to whip out the quarter glass myself last week. It's straight forward, I had no problems at all. Rather than waste any time explaining here though, I have the instructions in a MK1 workshop PDF. Do you want to PM me your email and I'll send you a copy?
