As far as i know they are not fixed,i'm hoping Mike can change the proposed date for the week before or after as i will be out in sunny Greece.

Dates may shift by one weekend in either direction maximum. I would like to account for Topgun if possible as he has been to both of our previous France trips and is a thoroughly nice guy.

I'm worried about how I'll be able to afford both weekend and weeklong trips too but will deal with that hurdle when I come to it!
