Thanks also to everyone to provided tools/advice and expecially the guy with the VW who let me have one of his spare leads. It got me home although it must have looosened at the dizzy end when I got to the Dartford Toll as getting up the long drag to junction 3 was a bit fraught. I didn't dare stop to check!

2010 is proving to be a :censored: year. At least most of my mishaps have been on events where there have been plenty of people who have been kind enough to help me out!
